Raising your frequency or Being in the now frequency? Lorie Ladd

When people ask how can I raise my frequency. What they are really asking is how do I get out of the frequency I am in. The real question is how to Be in the frequency you are in. Because, ascension or alchemizing density to light in the body requires us to surrender and feel the now regardless of what we want to be feeling. Here are 6 steps to assist you in BEING in the frequency you are in. Because this is ascension and this is how the body shifts into higher states of consciousness. ❤️

  1. Remember it’s the alchemization process.

2. Allow it to be.

3. Have compassion for yourself

4. This will pass – allow it to be – feel it.

5. Give your body what it needs. It is your body that is shifting, not you.

6. Remember who you are! You are a Higher Consciousness in a physical body. Move through this process with ease and grace.
