Aubrey also opens up about the recent death of his father, and how he healed from grief and loss. He shares his path with plant medicine. Beginning at the age of 18, he has used psychedelics as a tool for growth and expansion, explaining that he doesn’t know who he’d be without them. He shares how to avoid common pitfalls on the plant medicine path, and why integration is simpler than most think.
