Change is always marked by discomfort, and sometimes comes with great upheaval. You must become comfortable with the discomfort.

Discomfort is your ticket to growth. Without facing a challenge, how can you expect to learn from it and overcome it? You cannot sweep your discomforts under the rug and expect to grow from them or change them. Look directly at the problem in order to see beyond it. Don’t run from it.

Accept your challenges, for they are your greatest opportunities for growth. Feel gratitude for what brings change, and be. This plane of existence was never meant to be easy, for if it were, you wouldn’t grow, and so you placed challenges on your path for just this reason. Make peace with what is, and know that your growth is a gift.

Be and breathe. You are loved and blessed always, and all is well, in Truth. Namaste.
