Goldman writes:
Reopening is on hold in most of the US, as states containing about 80% of the population have explicitly paused or taken targeted steps to reverse reopening. Over the past several days, Washington has placed its reopening on hold, and Pennsylvania has now ordered bars and nightclubs closed and imposed occupancy limits on restaurants events.
The number of new virus cases per day is either increasing or at very high levels in almost every state. While the acceleration of virus spread (Rt) has been less sharp than in the spring, it is still occurring at a rate that appears to be preventing state governments from pushing forward with economic reopening plans.
While recommended federal criteria for reopening include a declining trend in case growth, governments may also pay attention to the level of new cases, which is also still high in many states, in deciding when it may be appropriate to return to an easing in restrictions.

A new study has found that the antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine helped patients survive COVID-19 while in the hospital, countering the establishment media’s criticism of President Donald Trump when he suggested the same thing.
The study was conducted by a team at Henry Ford Health System in Southeast Michigan and published in the International Journal of Infectious Diseases on Thursday.
Researchers studied a group of 2,541 hospitalized patients and found mortality rates were substantially reduced when patients were treated with hydroxychloroquine.
The study found that 13 percent of patients treated with just hydroxychloroquine died compared with 26.4 percent not treated with the drug.
“Overall crude mortality rates were 18.1 percent in the entire cohort, 13.5 percent in the hydroxychloroquine alone group, 20.1 percent among those receiving hydroxychloroquine + azithromycin, 22.4 percent among the azithromycin alone group, and 26.4 percent for neither drug,” the study’s report read.

Dr. Marcus Zervos, the division head of infectious disease for Henry Ford Health System, said in a news release that the study’s findings have been analyzed and peer-reviewed.
“We attribute our findings that differ from other studies to early treatment, and part of a combination of interventions that were done in supportive care of patients, including careful cardiac monitoring,” Zervos said.
“Our dosing also differed from other studies not showing a benefit of the drug. And other studies are either not peer reviewed, have limited numbers of patients, different patient populations or other differences from our patients.”
He added in a news conference that the drug had the most benefit when patients were treated early, CNN reported.
The use of the drug has been criticized and questioned for months.
A May 22 study posted in The Lancet used data from Surgisphere to conclude that coronavirus patients taking chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine were more likely to die in the hospital, Science reported.
Within days of study’s publication, randomized trials of hydroxychloroquine came to a stop, including part of the World Health Organization’s trial of potential COVID-19 treatments. However, the data used in that study had been scrutinized and described as “flawed,” and was ultimately retracted.
When Trump began taking hydroxychloroquine as a way to prevent him from contracting COVID-19, the mainstream media and Democrats mocked him for it.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi responded to the news by describing him as “morbidly obese,” while Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer told MSNBC the president’s announcement was “reckless.”
At CNN, Dr. Sanjay Gupta said Trump “shouldn’t be taking” the drug, while host Chris Cuomo said the announcement was a distraction.
“I know this much, I don’t know that it will help with his health, but it certainly helps to cover up his weaknesses,” Cuomo said.
On Friday, however, CNN reported these words from Dr. Steven Kalkanis, CEO of Henry Ford Medical Group:
“It’s important to note that in the right settings, this potentially could be a lifesaver for patients.”
Kalakanis said that while the new findings may differ from other studies, it doesn’t mean that those studies were wrong.
“What it simply means is that by looking at the nuanced data of which patients actually benefited and when, we might be able to further unlock the code of how this disease works,” he said.
“Much more work needs to be done to elucidate what the final treatment plan should be for COVID-19. But we feel … that these are critically important results to add to the mix of how we move forward if there’s a second surge, and in relevant other parts of the world. Now we can help people combat this disease and to reduce the mortality rate.”

Reuters reported yesterday (July 13, 2020) that a White House “senior administration official” said:
“If you say exactly when will literally the vaccine materials be in production and manufacturing, it is probably four to six weeks away, but we will be actively manufacturing by the end of summer.”
The White House “Warp Speed Initiative” to fast-track COVID vaccines is led by General Gustave Perna, who is the Chief Operating Officer. President Trump has previously stated that the U.S. military would be involved in administering the COVID vaccines once they are ready.
“You know it’s a massive job to give this vaccine,” Trump said in an interview broadcast on Fox Business Network. “Our military is now being mobilized so at the end of the year, we’re going to be able to give it to a lot of people very, very rapidly.” (Source.)
Dr. Moncef Slaoui, the former chairman of GlaxoSmithKline’s vaccines division, serves as Chief Adviser for Operation Warp Speed. Like most of the President’s advisors on vaccines, Dr. Slaoui has strong ties to Bill Gates.
President Trump’s administration’s claims that vaccines would be ready by the end of summer contradict what pharmaceutical company executives who produce vaccines are saying on the timeline to bring these vaccines to market.

Players in the COVID-19 shot race have long said they would begin manufacturing as early as this summer despite warnings that a vaccine would likely not be available for public use before the end of the year.
In another article published today by FiercePharma, Eric Sagonowsky reports that Merck CEO Kenneth Frazier said officials are doing a “grave disservice” to the public by talking up the potential for vaccines later this year.
Politicians, government officials and pharma executives alike have been predicting a COVID-19 vaccine debut by year’s end, but Merck CEO Kenneth Frazier doubts that’s possible—and Merck has enough vaccine experience to know the obstacles ahead.
Instead, those who are promising vaccines later this year could be hurting the overall fight against the pandemic, Frazier figures.
In an interview with Tsedal Neeley, the Naylor Fitzhugh Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, Kenneth Frazier said officials are doing a “grave disservice” to the public by talking up the potential for vaccines later this year. There are massive scientific and logistical obstacles to achieving such a feat, he said.
“What worries me the most is that the public is so hungry, is so desperate to go back to normalcy, that they are pushing us to move things faster and faster,” Frazier said. “Ultimately, if you are going to use a vaccine in billions of people, you’d better know what that vaccine does.” (Source.)

The U.S. government has dumped billions into COVID-19 vaccine development and manufacturing as part of its Warp Speed initiative. Now, with vaccine makers moving rapidly toward approval, the administration has high hopes at least one shot candidate will start churning out doses within the next six weeks.
With federal backing, at least one COVID-19 vaccine will likely be “actively manufacturing” within the next four to six weeks, a senior Trump administration official told Reuters Monday.
Barring a surprise phase 3 readout and emergency use authorization from the FDA, that manufacturing would likely be “at-risk,” meaning the vaccine’s maker would be turning out doses without knowing whether they’ll pass regulatory scrutiny.
Operation Warp Speed has infused massive sums into its stable of chosen vaccine hopefuls in recent months, most recently a $1.6 billion deal last week with Maryland-based Novavax. The administration has also funded candidates from Moderna, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca, and in June signed a $628 million deal with Maryland-based CDMO Emergent BioSolutions to secure manufacturing space to produce U.S. supply of selected shot candidates.
The senior official told Reuters that the “slate is not closed” on additional agreements and touted the government’s $450 million deal with Regeneron last week to help produce its antibody cocktail for COVID-19 as a hopeful route to treating the disease.
Players in the COVID-19 shot race have long said they would begin manufacturing as early as this summer despite warnings that a vaccine would likely not be available for public use before the end of the year.
But the Trump administration’s decision to place a timeline on manufacturing could stoke hopes that a viable vaccine might be in the offing earlier than expected. On the heels of Monday’s news, Novavax shares closed the day up nearly 10% at $104.32 per share.
Jefferies analysts said last month that there could be “perhaps multiple vaccines” that notch emergency use approvals by the fourth quarter given the administration’s massive investment in development and manufacturing, and President Donald Trump’s desire to announce a positive development by Election Day. The fact that our government is lying to us about the dangers of COVID in order to continue the largest transfer of wealth in U.S. history from American citizens and small businesses to Big Pharma, should be apparent to everyone by now.

In a rare truly investigative report from a Fox News affiliate in Orlando, Florida, someone actually looked at the statistics coming out of the Florida Department of Health and decided to ask some questions which led to them discovering some of the fraud currently occurring in COVID statistics to justify medical tyrannical practices such as mandating that everyone should now wear a mask, and which will undoubtedly soon be used to justify mandatory vaccines as well.
ORLANDO, Fla. – After FOX 35 News noticed errors in the state’s report on positivity rates, the Florida Department of Health said that some laboratories have not been reporting negative test result data to the state.
Countless labs have reported a 100 percent positivity rate, which means every single person tested was positive. Other labs had very high positivity rates. FOX 35 News found that testing sites like one local Centra Care reported that 83 people were tested and all tested positive. Then, NCF Diagnostics in Alachua reported 88 percent of tests were positive.
How could that be? FOX 35 News investigated these astronomical numbers, contacting every local location mentioned in the report.
The report showed that Orlando Health had a 98 percent positivity rate. However, when FOX 35 News contacted the hospital, they confirmed errors in the report. Orlando Health’s positivity rate is only 9.4 percent, not 98 percent as in the report. (Source.)
This is a rare occurrence from a corporate franchise media outlet, and expect Big Media to correct this and try to prevent it from happening again.
The alternative media, and sources like Health Impact News, while we are still allowed to operate, are your best sources for finding the truth about COVID and the roll out of the New World Order that is happening at “warp speed.”
These are dark days. Many people are dying, not due to COVID, but due to our government lying to us and treating their citizens like criminals, while REAL criminals are being released from prison, and the corporate and government criminal cabal goes along with business as usual, while the majority of the American populace still have no clue as to what is really going on, and are being led like sheep to the slaughter.
WAKE UP AMERICA!!
People are being killed by our government, and many more are going to die unless people start resisting in mass. If you still think this is a political war between the Left and the Right, you are still part of the problem, and not the solution.
These medical tyrants are controlled by no one anymore, and the only thing that can stop them and their plans to reduce the world’s population and setup a New World Order is for the people to rise up in mass, and resist.

Americans are being frightened by the media and experts like Dr. Anthony Fauci into believing that we are in a crisis of skyrocketing COVID-19 cases due to the reopenings of communities in the US. States that had survived the first explosive wave of COVID-19, such as Florida, Texas, and other Southern and Southwestern states, were literally beginning to save America as they stimulated their economies, providing a vital lift to our national economic, social and emotional well-being. When these states became more open the numbers of deaths from COVID-19 remained reassuringly low.
In the past couple of weeks the nation is being loudly informed by experts and media that there has been an explosion of new COVID-19 cases in exactly those states that had done so well before, including Florida and Texas, two of the nation’s biggest contributors to the national economy.
A Fake Explosion of Coronavirus Cases?
We were shocked to discover that the “explosion” may have more to do with the loosening of CDC standards for reporting COVID 19 cases than with any real resurgence. Included in the new CDC standards are such criteria as this: If you have spent 10 minutes near a probable case and are found on contact tracing to have any number of symptoms that could be caused by asthma, allergy or the common cold, you are counted as a COVID-19 case, even without any laboratory testing result.
The CDC revised criteria for health departments on April 5, 2020. The revisions have been slowly working their way through the state health departments including Texas which, on May 11, 2020, issued its own new standards based on CDC’s, loosening criteria for diagnosing COVID-19 cases. Texas’s state health department standards for defining COVID-19 cases was then sent to all Texas counties where the basic collection of COVID-19 cases begins.
Deaths Are Not Escalating
It is well known that the numbers of COVID-19 deaths have already been padded. Yet there has been no frightening uptick in deaths in the United States despite the combined forces of the urban riots, defiant gatherings on beaches and elsewhere, and the official openings of many states. This good news about the relatively few new deaths has been ignored by Fauci and the media; but you can follow it on the daily updated chart at the top of our Coronavirus Resource Center.
So there is no threatening increase in deaths from COVID-19 in the United States! Great news. But we hear little of this welcome information. Where we used to see headlines every day about deaths, now our attention is being drawn to the “exploding” new cases.
Further, it appears that because Fauci, the media and the Deep State cannot demonstrate a threatening increase in deaths, the CDC has now decided they have to pad the numbers of new COVID-19 cases. Dr. Fauci, who had been mostly missing from the public limelight for weeks, is once again making media rounds to tell us how to live our lives, while bringing us dire warnings about supposedly staggering numbers of cases and possible deaths on the horizon.
Ignoring Reality
Throughout all of this, three basic facts have been ignored. First, the only reason for the shutdown was to prevent such a rapid escalation in COVID-19 cases that the health system would “collapse.” Second, most of the country, especially those up to about age forty, will inevitably get SARS-CoV-2 without a high risk of severe or fatal illness and third, by becoming exposed people will create the herd immunity that will ultimately protect us older and more vulnerable people.
Instead, this is what we heard on June 30th from Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases: “The United States may soon record as many as 100,000 new cases of COVID-19 a day if the current trajectory of the outbreak is not changed.”
We ask, “So what?” Was there ever any doubt that tens of millions—not a mere hundred thousand a day—would contract this highly infectious disease that mercifully rarely does serious harm to anyone but the elderly and immune compromised? This is clearly a case of the Deep State against America and our nation’s vigorous attempts to quickly recover from the draconian COVID-19 lockdown of the spring of 2020.
A House Built on the Sand of Uncertain Testing
Since the beginning of the pandemic in the United States, the CDC has failed to provide statistical clarity. According to ABC News, the initial COVID-19 test kits created by the CDC failed because of a “contaminated component.” Those kits were pulled back after giving a large number of false positives.
Then on May 21st The Atlantic reported that the CDC was requiring that positive tests for antibodies (indications that a patient has had COVID-19 at some earlier time) were to be included in the daily count of new COVID-19 cases. As The Atlantic asked, “How Could the CDC Make That Mistake?” Not only was the logic off—antibodies do not indicate a new case, but an old one. The antibody tests, conducted by many different companies with their own concoctions, remained highly suspect.
Now for the Ridiculous Details
The CDC has been loosening its standards for defining a COVID-19 death case. On June 3, 2020, the CDC declared that COVID-19 cases should include not only deaths that were “confirmed,” but also “probable” death cases of COVID-19. A COVID-19 confirmed case is the result of a positive lab test. A death certificate that lists COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2 as cause of death or a significant condition contributing to death is counted as a new case as well even without testing.
Beyond cases associated with death, nonlethal COVID-19 cases are also required to be counted as confirmed cases if they are in fact listed as “probable”. A probable case can be identified if clinical criteria are met for at least two symptoms: fever (measured or subjective), chills, rigors, myalgia, headache, sore throat, or new nose and taste disorders. Or if a person has at least one symptom of cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing. Or if a person has a severe respiratory illness and no alternative more likely diagnosis is found.
In addition, the person suspected of being positive of COVID-19 has to have been in contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID 19, or someone who had a clinically compatible illness and linkage to a confirmed case of COVID-19. In other words, you are counted as a COVID-19 case if you had any contact with a probable or confirmed case, plus a few symptoms that could be caused by an infinite number of different causes such as asthma, seasonal allergy, exposure to an irritant, a cold, heart trouble or stress.
On the County Level
Collin County in Texas is a good example of how these changing standards affect the numbers of COVID-19 cases counted. During the May 18, 2020 Collin County Commissioners Court, Administrative Services gave a Power Point presentation on the new case definition for COVID-19. She referred to the Texas Department of State Health Services guidelines that had been distributed May 11, 2020. Prior to the changes, the case definition for a confirmed case of COVID-19 was a positive PCR (swab test for present infection) lab result for COVID-19.
The new case definitions expand the total count of COVID19 cases to many times the original confirmed cases. The numbers of death cases expand also as positive lab results are no longer required for the counting of a COVID-19 death. In each category the counted cases will be many times higher. According to the CDC FAQ: COVID-19 Data and Surveillance, “A COVID-19 case includes confirmed and probable cases and deaths.”
So At Least the new CDC Standards are Being Standardized?
No, as it turns out, some states and counties are implementing the new CDC standards of lumping together confirmed COVID-19 cases and probable COVID-19 cases, and some are not. Over half of the US states are not reporting probable cases along with confirmed cases as of June 9th, 2020. The result is that states that are reporting probable and confirmed cases as confirmed cases, are showing a much higher rate of infection spread.
In Illinois, probable cases were not being reported as of June 8, 2020. Spokesperson for the state’s health department explained probable cases were withheld “because there is concern from the public that the number of deaths is being inflated. . . . We need the public to have confidence in the data and therefore are reporting only those deaths that are laboratory confirmed.” Many other specifics of incomplete or missing data from various states have been uncovered by media investigations, including The Washington Post.
But as can be seen by the Collin County, Texas example earlier in this piece, as counties and states begin to add probable cases into their statistics, the COVID-19 cases will skyrocket. Graphs will shoot up. Fake higher rates of the spread of COVID-19 manipulates governors into prematurely reclosing economies, dragging down the recovery.
The Take-Away
Dr. Fauci keeps talking about science but as we describe in reports and videos on our Coronavirus Resource Center, Fauci is not science-based. He is politically motivated, and so ignores the worthlessness of most data emerging from the CDC. Science is based on facts while the data on COVID-19 cases is a jumbled mess and useless for informing how we should deal with opening as a nation.
America, we cannot be too skeptical of bad news coming out from Anthony Fauci, the CDC, pundits, the major media, Deep State, and politicians committed to ruining America’s economy to ensure their own political power. For now, it is reasonable to assume that COVID-19 cases must continue to rise in numbers, probably into the tens of millions, in order to reach herd immunity. Those of us who are older or immune compromised must remain in relative isolation to protect ourselves until herd immunity is achieved, while those of you who are younger go about your business of living, knowing that you have less chance of dying from COVID-19 than from the flu.

The documentary “The End of the World as We Know It … The Fall of the Cabal …” is the result of a two-year intensive study by Janet Ossebaard. Known for her research of border science (crop circles, UFO disclosure and their relationship to ancient civilizations), after 25 years of studying these topics, her attention was suddenly drawn by the so-called Q phenomenon that emerged in late 2017.
Another mystery that left cryptic messages on internet bulletin boards about international politics, crime and corruption, and the promise of a beautiful new world: the Plan to Save the World. Triggered by a new enigma, Janet decided to join the so-called Q-Anons (anonymous people worldwide who are committed to deciphering the Q messages). She fell from one surprise to the next. With her left-oriented background, she was anti-Trump, but thanks to her own research (beyond the media coverage, known as MSM (Main Stream Media), she discovered a hidden world of conspiracies at the highest political level. In the past, Janet had access to many sources and whistleblowers, piece by piece she unraveled a monster plan to dominate and subdue the world (and its people). She discovered Trump’s plan to parry this, and she understood that there was a group is busy supporting him in this, the mysterious Q.

What sounds like a collection of boring political subjects has been molded into a breathtaking, almost three-hour documentary that Janet is currently touring the country. For almost three hours you don’t hear a pin drop and people sit on the edge of their seats listening to Janet’s voice (in Dutch) and very appropriate music in the background, and looking at an abundance of images that support all findings.

Janet Ossebaard graduated as language and literature specialist at the University of Groningen, after which she entered the business world to lead her communication consultancy as an independent entrepreneur for ten years. After visiting a crop circle in 1994, she decided to sell this company and devote herself to unraveling the crop circle mystery. Soon, the field of research expanded with the study of UFOs, UFO Disclosure and the link with three ancient civilizations: Sumerians, Mayans and Egyptians.
