YEAR IN CORRUPTION: Trump Impeachment Coup, Biden-Burisma Corruption, COVID-19 & MORE! | Tom Fitton | JudicialWatch.org

We enter the new year with the presidential election still undecided and with a good deal of uncertainty about the next few days.
Be of good cheer nevertheless!
We have a good example to follow. On New Year’s Eve a year ago, President Trump was facing impeachment, and yet he was cheerful as he celebrated with friends and family. Here’s what he said then:
“Happy New Year. We’re going to have a great year, I predict. I think it’s going to be a fantastic year.”
On that day there was trouble in Iraq, Iran and North Korea – when is that not true? – and still the president was upbeat. He also noted, quite presciently, given what’s happening in Washington right now:
“I do say two things: We have to check corruption, and we also have to find out why is it that the United States is always giving foreign countries money.”
I am hopeful about this New Year. Despite the howling of the media that the election is over, I know it isn’t. I explained in an article in Breitbart:
The Electoral College vote can be challenged under federal law and the United States Constitution. Republican electors in seven contested states cast alternate votes for Donald Trump to keep their legal options open. State legislatures retain their constitutional authority to offer alternative slates of electors. And Congress is the ultimate arbiter of the race since the ballot count can be contested during the joint session on January 6.
Something President Eisenhower once said reminds me of our current president: “Neither a wise man nor a brave man lies down on the tracks of history to wait for the train of the future to run over him.”

The criminal WHO blows its own cover: fake PCR test Dec 31 by Jon Rappoport | NoMoreFakeNews.com

In early 2020, the WHO accepted a PCR test for “SARS-CoV-2” that was designed without having possession of the virus. Yet the test is meant to detect…the missing virus. This is evidence of deep criminal intent. [1]

But as of December 14, 2020, WHO has made a correction [2]. Thereby blowing its own cover. Why?

Two reasons. Huge numbers of people have caught on to the PCR test scam. And by their correction, WHO paves the way for “declining COVID case numbers”—thereby making it appear the new vaccine is a roaring success. I predicted this development. [3] [4]

A brief review. The PCR test (a complete fraud for several reasons) is run in “cycles.” Each cycle is a giant magnification of a tiny portion of the swab sample taken from the patient.

As I’ve reported, even Tony Fauci readily asserts that if the PCR is run at 35 cycles or higher, it’s meaningless. [5] [6]

Every positive result—indicating “infection with the virus”—occurring at 35 cycles or higher is meaningless.

BUT, as I’ve also pointed out, public health agencies recommend running the PCR test at up to 40 cycles. Therefore, labs comply.

Therefore, millions upon millions of PCR tests results, over the last nine months, which indicate “infection,” are a vast lie.

Therefore, the COVID case numbers are a vast lie, and the lockdowns, which are based on those numbers, are absurd, insane, criminal, and predatory.

NOW, the WHO is walking back their stance on how the PCR should be run, for the reasons I mentioned above.

The WHO document is titled, “WHO Information Notice for IVD Users/Nucleic acid testing (NAT) technologies that use real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) for detection of SARS-CoV-2.” [2]

Here are the money quotes. The language is mealy-mouthed, intentionally confusing, cautious, and sterile. Nevertheless, we can see the intent to lower the number of test cycles.

“Users of RT-PCR reagents should read the IFU [Information for Use] carefully to determine if manual adjustment of the PCR positivity threshold is necessary to account for any background noise which may lead to a specimen with a high cycle threshold (Ct) value result being interpreted as a positive result.”

Translation: Using too many test cycles—aka “high cycle threshold (Ct) value”—has resulted in patients being told they’re infected, which is a lie.

“In some cases, the IFU will state that the cut-off should be manually adjusted to ensure that specimens with high Ct values are not incorrectly assigned SARS-CoV-2 detected due to background noise.”

Translation: Running the test with a high number of cycles yields “background noise”—aka a false positive result. The patient is told he’s infected but he’s not.

“The design principle of RT-PCR means that for patients with high levels of circulating virus (viral load), relatively few cycles will be needed to detect virus and so the Ct value will be low. Conversely, when specimens return a high Ct value, it means that many cycles were required to detect virus. In some circumstances, the distinction between background noise and actual presence of the target virus is difficult to ascertain.”

Translation: When the test is run with a high number of cycles, we can’t tell the difference between “irrelevant” and “meaningful.”

A frank and honest translation of the WHO message: “We’re changing the way we’re doing PCR tests. We were running them with a high number of cycles and getting millions of false positives, and those numbers were deployed to justify the lockdowns—but NOW we’re moving to a lower number of cycles. This change, all on its own, will result in fewer positive results, fewer case numbers, making the vaccine look VERY GOOD.”

The WHO is still crazy, still criminal, but not entirely stupid. They know what they’re doing and why.

Back in the day, when I was managing editor at the Daily Inter Lake in Kalispell, Mont., I enjoyed the end-of-year ritual of voting in the Associated Press’s poll of the Top 10 news stories.

When I started participating in the year 2000, my list would include many of the same stories that made the final AP list, although often with differences in ranking. But by the time I retired in 2018, my view of the news had sharply diverged from the AP’s consensus view. I’d become something of a gadfly by then, questioning what seemed to be an ever more transparent left-leaning bias in mainstream reporting.

That divergence was probably magnified by the 2016 candidacy of Donald Trump and the bright light he had shined on Fake News, but my disenchantment with my profession had been growing for years, as chronicled in my book “The Media Matrix: What If Everything You Know Is Fake?”

Last week Congress passed a massive coronavirus relief and omnibus spending bill. President Trump threatened to veto the bill, saying he wants an increase in the amount for “stimulus” checks authorized by the bill from 600 dollars to 2,000 dollars. The checks are designed to help those harmed by the lockdowns. President Trump also demanded a cut in some of the wasteful spending contained in the bill, such as the ten million dollars for gender programs in Pakistan.
At the 11th hour, however, President Trump signed the bill.

President Trump’s veto threat came after many people complained that a 600 dollars one-time payment was insufficient, and that the payment could be higher if Congress cut spending on militarism, foreign aid, and corporate handouts.

The text of the 5,593-page bill was made available hours before the votes in the House and Senate. Representatives and senators were told the bill had to pass immediately or else government would shut down around Christmas. This does not excuse voting for the bill. Congress should have refused to vote for this bill until members had time to read it. Those who voted “yes” should not get away with claiming the bill needed to be passed before members could read it.

While it is understandable that many are outraged over the way this bill was rushed through, the real outrage is that the rushed passage of omnibus bills has become a yearly Christmas tradition on Capitol Hill. These spending bills are always full of outrageous special interest giveaways. This practice denies the average member of Congress a meaningful role in carrying out one of Congress’ two most significant constitutional duties — funding the government. Congress long ago abandoned its other main constitutional responsibility — declaring war.

Whether 600 dollars or 2,000 dollars, a one-time stimulus payment is hardly adequate compensation for the suffering the government lockdowns have inflicted on the American people. Stimulus checks will not reopen closed small businesses or stop increases in domestic violence and substance abuse. A government check will not restore educational and development opportunities denied to children stuck at home struggling with “virtual education.” A one-time check will not compensate workers for the health problems developed due to having to wear a mask for eight hours a day. The only just solution is to end the lockdowns, and never again allow overblown fears to justify shutting down the economy.

Funding the government via massive omnibus bills drafted in secret and rushed into law concentrates power in the hands of a select few representatives and senators. It also gives the president excessive influence over the appropriations process. This is exactly the opposite of what the Framers intended when they gave Congress power over government spending.

This situation is the inevitable result of a government that tries to maintain the fiction that republican institutions are compatible with a welfare-warfare leviathan. Congress will continue to indulge this delusion until the system collapses. This collapse will likely be brought on by a collapse in the dollar’s value.

The combination of the high-profile coronavirus bill with this year’s omnibus spending bill has brought new attention to Congress’ practice of funding the government via massive, unread appropriations bills. Hopefully, the anger people are expressing, instead of just disappearing once people receive their checks, will strengthen the movement to return to free markets and limited constitutional government. Liberty is a far better option than descent into economic chaos and totalitarianism.

Federal Judge Orders Whistleblowers Who Exposed Illicit Trafficking of Fetal Parts to Pay $13.6 Million to Planned Parenthood – BigLeaguePolitics.com

A federal judge has ordered pro-life whistleblowers to pay Planned Parenthood $13.6 million in damages after releasing video of executives in the abortion industry boasting about how they sell fetal parts for big money.

The ruling was made by U.S. District Judge William Orrick III, an appointee to the bench by former president Barack Hussein Obama, on Tuesday. It applies to David Daleiden and his associates at the Center for Medical Progress (CMP). Orrick believes that Daleiden and CMP violated the privacy rights of Planned Parenthood and their affiliates to cut up little babies and sell their body parts without the public being aware of their operation.

Daleiden and his supporters are appealing the verdict to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Previously, a jury determined that Daleiden and CMP violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) by videoing Planned Parenthood executives in their own words cavalierly discussing choping up little babies and selling their tissue for big profits.

Daleiden said during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight that Orrick is “is actually the founder of a Planned Parenthood of Northern California clinic in San Francisco.”

“Planned Parenthood, very intentionally and very strategically and with a lot of gamesmanship, filed this case specifically to get it in San Francisco in front of Judge William Orrick, who is an Obama appointee, who was a bundler for the Obama campaign for hundreds of thousands of dollars, is best friends with Tom Steyer,” Daleiden added.

Big League Politics has reported on how Planned Parenthood was forced to own up to trafficking the body parts of fetuses murdered and dismembered in their facilities and even harvesting the parts from babies born alive:

Planned Parenthood has been forced to admit the lurid details of their fetal chop shop operation, in which they harvest babies born alive in order to ship their mutilated parts around for heinously unethical medical research.

New video released by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) shows Planned Parenthood leaders and their affiliates admitting under oath to participating in gross experimentation and human trafficking, proving what pro-life activists have been saving for years to be undeniably true.

Perrin Larton, the procurement manager of Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR), gave testimony in which she confirmed that she has aborted babies whose hearts were “beating independently” after they were taken from the womb. In these cases, the babies are ultimately killed and dismembered by the abortion doctor.

“They just, sometimes they fall out,” Larton said of the fetuses that come out whole, adding that this happens “once every couple months.” At this point, technicians would “do a dissection” on the baby “to get the tissues that the researchers have requested.”

“I can see hearts that are not in an intact P.O.C. [product of conception, meaning aborted baby] that are beating independently,” Larton said – admitting that babies come out of the womb with a heartbeat and are then dissected for parts.

Dr. Deborah Nucatola, who once worked as former senior director of medical services for national Planned Parenthood, also issued some chilling comments under oath. She was asked if she “ever had a patient deliver in the operating room a non-viable fetus.”

“I’m sure I have,” she responded. She also said that determining the viability of a fetus “depends on where you work,” meaning it is a completely arbitrary process based on “the availability of interventions” at a particular clinic. She used to set the Medical Standards & Guidelines for every Planned Parenthood nationwide.

Jon Dunn, CEO of Planned Parenthood of Orange & San Bernardino Counties in California, also gave testimony under oath. He admitted that at least one baby set for an abortion was born alive at his facility.

“I know they kept it warm and comfortable for the very brief period that it was alive. I don’t think there was even time to call 911,” Dunn said, later adding: “This is something that every obstetrician/gynecologist deals with on rare occasion. … It is their medical judgment what to do in that circumstance.”

Center for Medical Progress leader David Daleiden is urging for authorities to take action in lieu of these stunning new revelations.

“How long will public authorities permit Planned Parenthood and their associates to sell living children inside and outside the womb and then kill them through organ harvesting?” Daleiden asked. “The [Department of Justice] has vigorously prosecuted the sale of eagle body parts. Surely selling human body parts after cutting them out of an infant with a beating heart is at least as grave of a crime.”

The judiciary may be the most corrupt aspect of the swamp, which is exactly why the courts have covered up the evidence of Democrats stealing the vote last month.
