Eating 2nd Edition : Mike Anderson : Free Download & Streaming : Internet Archive

The award-winning Eating documentary covers a lot of ground very comprehensively – and all within 88 short minutes. Among the many highlights are interviews with Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Dr. Neil Pinckney, Dr. Ruth Heidrich and Dr. Joseph Crowe.

Dr. Crowe and Dr. Esselstyn are from the world-famous Cleveland Clinic Foundation and know something about heart disease. In fact, Dr. Esselstyn directed the longest and most successful heart disease reversal program ever. These interviews will convince you that cardiovascular heart disease, the #1 killer in America today, can be reversed by switching to The Rave Diet. What you will get is a virtual one-on-one consultation with some of the world’s leading authorities on heart disease reversal. Dr. Pinckney and Dr. Crowe both reversed severe heart disease by adopting The Rave Diet.

If you know someone with heart disease – who doesn’t? – this will probably be the most valuable film they will ever watch – and from authorities with impeccable credentials. And if you eat to prevent heart disease, you will also prevent the other major chronic diseases that are plaguing Western nations. You will also hear from Dr. Heidrich who, after surgery, treated her breast cancer without chemotherapy, radiation or any other conventional treatments by following The Rave Diet.

The Eating documentary is used in wellness clinics throughout the world to motivate people to change their diets and restore their health.

The founder of the largest raw, organic produce co-operative in the U.S., she has been 100% raw for almost 7 years. An exemplification of all that she wishes to create, she is a leading visionaryin the raw movement, especially in Houston, TX.

Kristina’s inspiration for being FullyRaw came after she was able to rid herselfof Hyperglycemia at the age of 18 eating nothing but a low fat raw vegan diet consisting solely of fresh fruits and vegetables with few nuts and seeds. After being a direct understudy of 20+ year raw fooder John Rose, she interned and worked under Dr. Graham at his health events in Seattle and in Costa Rica.

She has lived in the Dominican Republic and in Costa Rica, and she has becomean avidly enthusiastic runner who runs at least 6-8 miles a day!

At the age of 20 before she graduated college, she started the non-profit organization called Rawfully Organic. This organic produce co-operative in Houston, Texas grew from 12 people in her living room to over 6000 families in the greater Houston city limits. Rawfully Organic feeds over 450 families each week and focuses on the benefits of eating diets high in raw fruits and vegetables while making organic affordable for all. The nonprofit grosses more a million each year, and it stays true to its mission to support families in the Texas community to supply an abundance of organic produce to help them achieve their raw, vegetarian, or vegan lifestyle. What Rev. Malkmus Has Eaten For 38 Years | Hallelujah Health Tip

All due respect to the Rev. George Malkmus. Although I’m not of his religious beliefs and persuasion, it was his teachings and recommendations for barley grass powder and the vegan raw food diet (presently updated to whole food, plant-based diet)  that led me to healing of what was diagnosed as the beginning stages of lupus. I was able to go cold turkey off of all prescriptions and allergy shots just three months after starting this diet in January of 1997.  It’s over 17 years later and none of the symptoms have reappeared. I have remained prescription drug and allergy shot free and had no major illnesses and no colds or flu in over eight years, no flu shots. Folks, this is serious stuff. If you value your quality of life, please do some serious research into Dr. Malkmus’ site and view the Forks Over Knives DVD. Check out these links to others who have found this to be true in their own lives. I acknowledge that it’s not easy, but you’ll never regret giving it a try.

http://www.tedxfremont.com What food habits do all great civilizations have in common? John McDougall suggests that starch-based diets are the foods humans were born to eat. He has been studying, writing, and speaking out about the effects of nutrition on disease for over 40 years and is a bestselling author of several titles, including The Starch Solution.

Vegan diet

Just wanted you to know that I have started the first of three online modules from Cornell University featuring T. Colin Campbell and his lessons on whole-food, plant-based nutrition and they’re great. I hope to have my certificate of completion in the next 2-3 months. Not sure what I can do with it, but I am so passionate about this being an integral part of healing and health that I am compelled to learn whatever I can to seek more sure footing when I recommend this to others.

There’s a very strong argument for the Paleo diet which includes meat, dairy, and fat, but I would probably have to take a course in that to know as much as I already do, and I feel such confirmation that the whole-food, plant based diet is the best way to go for optimal health. I still highly recommend viewing Forks Over Knives. Thanks to Connie who first recommended it to me. I was a predominantly raw vegan advocate for many years, but this video widened my scope as to how to include a wider audience by including cooked, vegan foods. Plus, having Zoltan as my personal chef (thank you, Carol) since last December has shown me that this expanded diet, which includes many things I rejected previously over the past 15 years after converting to a predominantly vegan diet, seem to be agreeing with me quite well. (I would still recommend raw – preferably juicing – for anyone in the midst of a health crisis.)

I had my second annual LifeLine screening last Tuesday and my cholesterol was down. I’m waiting on the rest of the results, but they did say they didn’t see anything that warranted sending me to the hospital. I think I’ve been way overindulging in nut butters for a very long time, but that’s going to stop. Anyway, just saying … I’m your cheerleader if you’re thinking about trying a whole-food, plant-based diet.

Sincerely,

Cathy
