TIMES ARE CHANGING! FEAR, IT’S CAUSES & OUR REMEDIES

For more Ascended Master Teachings: https://iamfree.co.za/

This instruction from the Ascended Masters on the vitally important subject of ‘fear’ if understood and applied by all the people of the world, will be very helpful as we now move forward into ‘unknown territory’.

We are going into days of GREAT CHANGE and we need the tools and methods to go through these challenging times in Peace, Comfort, Faith and Joy. We are not alone, and we have the support and help from The LIMITLESS LEGIONS of LIGHT, we just need to ask!

Beloved Lord Lanto (Santa Fe, New Mexico) “That is why, unless individuals will understand this Law and make the Calls to keep the Balance–if they do not draw a certain proportion of Light and the Action of the Sacred Flame within themselves to hold certain strength within their bodies, and hold that Flame around them to hold the Balance against the destructive forces of the outer world–then they go down under that destruction. That is what happens in plagues and in epidemics. It is the thing that has happened constantly through the centuries.”

MAKE THE CALLS TO YOUR “I AM” PRESENCE FOR THE LIGHT NECESSARY TO PROTECT & DIRECT YOU.

Meditate with me for Light on Earth Saturday Evening (4/4/20) at 7:35 pm PDT / 10:35 pm EST! – Gabriel Cousens, MD

Meditate with me for Light on Earth Saturday Evening (4/4/200 at 7:35 pm PDT / 10:35 pm EST! I’ll be Livestreaming our meditation on Facebook @gabrielcousensmd starting at 7:35 pm PDT. I’ll give a brief talk, we’ll meditate, and I’ll give Shaktipat transmission.

Dear Ones,

As I discussed on Thursday night in my COVID-19 discussion, there is a need for a worldwide meditation to bring the Light back into the world to dissolve the powers of darkness.

This morning, in my email inbox, I received an invitation from a group called THE VOICE: Guidance For Navigating Our Ascension to 5D, who are promoting a worldwide meditation this Saturday night at 7:45 pm PDT / 10:45 pm EST. This is a powerful astrological time to hold this meditation. Let’s meditate with the planet for a minimum of 20 minutes @ 7:45 pm PDT.

If you can join me online, I will be streaming a LIVE meditation on my Gabriel Cousens, MD Facebook page (@gabrielcousensmd), and we’ll start that Livestream at 7:35 pm PDT. I’ll give a brief introduction, followed by a 20 minute meditation, and Shaktipat transmission.

The power of group meditation is the amplified power to overcome the darkness in the world and within ourselves, equal to the square of the number of people meditating. Our goal in this meditation is to have at least 144,000 (and up to 1 million) people meditating, which is an overwhelmingly powerful positive evolutionary force against which no active present force of darkness can sustain itself. Our work in this meditation is to create such a burning flame of light that it not only dispels the darkness but burns up all toxins and pathogenic dark forces.

Our visualization is very simple:

This is our time to be proactive, and the power of this meditation is the most effective action we can take right now on earth to save and uplift the consciousness of the global brain.

Blessings to your health and to the expansion of your spiritual awareness in this classic struggle between Light and dark.

Dr. Cousens‘ COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus Prevention Protocol
Building the Terrain
Let’s use this situation to improve our overall health habits and wellbeing by:
2)    Meditation and Prayer.
3)    Getting enough sleep. (At least 7-8 hours each night.)
4)    Minimizing stress.
6)    Associating with loving people.
7)    Exercising moderately.
10) Utilizing my Wuhan Coronavirus Protection Protocol.
The healthier you are and the more proactive steps you take, the more you minimize your chances of catching and/or dying from the coronavirus.
To protect and enhance our natural immunity, here is my current Wuhan COVID-19 Protection Supplement Protocol:
Top Four Important Supplements
Illumodine – work up to 20 drops in a glass of water 3 times daily (15 minutes or more away from food) (Iodine has been shown to destroy SARS and MRSA viruses and, in its atomic form [Illumodine] is probably the most powerful antiviral on the planet.)
Nano Silver – 1 teaspoon twice daily (Nano Silver has been shown to destroy SARS and MRSA viruses.)
Red Algae – 2 capsules twice daily such as on waking and bedtime (away from food). Red algae is extremely anti-viral.
Zinc – Zinc is important as it has been shown through hundreds of studies that it supports, rebuilds, and maintains many levels of immune system. It blocks viral replication. Zinc protects the cell wall from viral invasion and also protects the mitochondria from being invaded by the virus and being used for replicating the virus.
*Illumodine, Nano Silver, Zinc, and Red Algae are the top 4 antiviral protectors. *
Mega Defense – 4 capsules twice daily (for building and protecting the immune system)
Antioxidant Extreme – 2 capsules twice daily
Licorice Root – take as tea or tincture once daily (for lung protection)
Vitamin D – 2,000 IU daily (for building the immune system) has been shown to decrease respiratory infections by 40%-50%.
Vitamin A – 25,000 IU daily (for protecting our upper respiratory mucus membranes and lining)
Vitamin C complex – as much as you can take before developing diarrhea
When flying or traveling I recommend 2 essential oil blends:
Immortal Immune – to put on the tops of your feet before bed and upon waking. (Available only at DrCousensOnlineStore.com)
Germs-Be-Gone – to spray on surfaces (such as airplane seats and tables) (Available only at DrCousensOnlineStore.com)
Recommended Potential Homeopathics
(need to be individualized if infected):
Bryonia
Gelsemium
Eupatorium
Influenzinum 200c to 1M
Tuberculinum 200c to 1M
Include the following herbs and foods
in your diet to protect you from COVID-19:
The virus enters the cell via a vesicle called an endosome. Once inside, it releases its RNA into the cell cytoplasm and hijacks the cell machinery to produce more viral proteins and thus virus. It also releases an enzyme called 3CL (3-chymotripsin-like protease). This enzyme attacks and weakens the cell’s defense mechanism against these coronavirus attack molecules.
The following herbal remedies that are suggested destroy the coronavirus 3CL enzyme and thus protect the cell’s ability to protect itself against the coronavirus. The best nutraceuticals for destroying the 3CL enzyme are quercetin and epigallocatechin gallate, which is found in green tea and green tea extract, which we carry (to add to other beverages). These anti-3CL substances are also found in:
·      flax seed
·      citrus peel
·      tickberry leaves
·      orange peel
·      oregano
·      garlic
·      ginger
·      elderberry
·      turmeric
Essential Oils to protect you from COVID-19:
The most important essential oils, which were key for prevention and healing during the bubonic plague and perhaps for now, according to Shanti are:
·       eucalyptus
·       clove
·       grapefruit
·       cinnamon
·       tea tree
·       lemon grass
·       frankincense
·       oregano
·       Immortal Immune – rub on tops of feet twice daily
·       Germs-Be-Gone – spray on all surfaces you may touch and also on any face mask you wear. Also spray on hands and rub on whenever you have to touch potentially contaminated surfaces like cash or on public transportation
Add these into your overall prevention system. The key concept is prevention. Rub on top of feet, wrists, and chest.

The Purpose of the Holy Instant_Excerpt from “A Course in Miracles” Workshop – Dr. Kenneth Wapnick ******

Kenneth Wapnick, Ph.D., reminds us through “A Course in Miracles” that we continue to judge because we believe that without the ego, all would be chaos. Jesus assures us that without the ego, all would be love. (Excerpted from “The Meaning of the Holy Instant” available at https://facimstore.org/products/the-m…)
