Former supporters of Donald Trump who are virulently anti-vax are furious at the ex-president’s stance, and are vowing to support rival Republicans in the race to be the party’s candidate in two years’ time.
Trump’s most ardent supporters are turning against him, publicly ripping into him since he voiced his wholehearted approval of Covid vaccines.
During an appearance at a Bill O’Reilly ‘History Tour’ event in Dallas, the former president claimed success in expediting the creation of Covid vaccines through Operation Warp Speed, a program he created that provided billions of dollars in government funding and cut the drug’s approval time down from the usual six or seven years to one.
“We did something that was historic,” Trump boasted before the crowd. “We got a vaccine done.” When he later admitted he had not only been vaccinated twice, but had got a booster, he was booed by some of his erstwhile supporters.

Today’s topic is addiction. Jim Dreaver, a native of New Zealand, met European nondual awakening master Jean Klein in 1984 and awakened to his true nature in 1995. He is the author of End Your Story, Begin Your Life (Hampton Roads) and has taught at Esalen Institute and elsewhere for many years.
Addiction: Why does this exist? People know it’s bad behavior. They reach for the chocolate bar or cigarette anyway. If you break one rule, it’s easy to break other rules. If you miss flossing your teeth one night, you have planted an OK sign in your subconscious to say it’s approved behavior at times. At times can become most of the time. Which can become all of the time. Denatured Living in our heads. Rebellion could be seen by some as necessary when you are trapped in drywall. We are not supposed to be trapped near our food, drink, and medicine cabinet all day. Boredom leads to seeking a remedy. The break room at work. The fridge, TV, medicine cabinet at home.
Sedentary Nation: Book by Sifu Slim According to my observations and study of addiction: these are my main reasons: 1. Hide pain; feel better. 2. Out of balance: which causes dysfunction and pain. 3. Rebellion: Protest by not doing the right thing. 4. Boredom; anxiety (a type of pain); stress Rebellion Challenge the system Tomorrow is another day: 1. For non addicts, good things. 2. For addicts, bad things and temptations. 3. How I live – in less is more, balance. Prepare over repair. Wellness as one of 3 main priorities. 4. How some addicts I know live, constant Band-Aids, breakdown, therapy, repair, vicious cycle. Their own worst enemy.

Your book: End Your Story Begin Your Life p. 210 If you are being overtaken by a wave of emotion, there’s really nothing to do but let it happen. At the same time, be very aware of everything you are feeling. Whether you label it as fear, anger, sadness, or some other emotion, don’t get lost in a story about it. Stay present with the feeling and allow it to unfold, do you have this expression. And chapter one I spoke of the two contributions Jean Klein made to my spiritual understanding. One was the idea of welcoming whatever was happening. The other was stepping back with my awareness. That helped by giving me the capacity to be fully in an experienced comment at the same time he detached from it, to be aware of the experience. On page 164 you write Nature, as this and master Shunryu Suzuki said, it’s the true teacher of them. Out in nature, your consciousness expands beyond the borders of the ego and its story and you begin to merge with the universal consciousness, the larger sense of being that, which is who and what we all really are. Here, you get a larger truer perspective on things. I call it the mountaintop perspective, because it leads you toward detachment, so you can see more clearly, more widely. This is essential for making the shift in perception you are seeking. Instead of being mired in your own story, your own drama, you want to be able to step outside it in order to see it is not really who you really are. Your true nature is consciousness, pure, timeless awareness. Nature helps you discover and connect with it. There’s a reason CNN’s Jake Tapper is intent on branding me a “menace” and “a liar,” and why he refuses to debate me on the merits of facts and scientific evidence. Here’s the back story.

Apparently, appalled by robust sales of my bestseller, “The Real Anthony Fauci,” CNN anchor Jake Tapper — in lieu of critically reviewing the work — used his Twitter feed to unleash a barrage of ad hominem insults against me.
Breaking with the traditional restraints of journalistic neutrality, professional propriety and intellectual rigor, he branded me “dangerous,” a “menace,” a “liar,” a “grifter,” a fraud, “unhinged” and more.
But Tapper’s defamations hang in the atmosphere without substantiation or citation. If I’m a liar, then what was my lie? If I’m a grifter, then what is my personal profit or advantage? If I am a fraud, then where is my inaccurate statement?
I concede that I’m a dangerous menace, but only to the pharmaceutical industry, its captive technocrats and its media toadies.
When I responded to his slander with a respectful tweet inviting him to debate me, Tapper declined, explaining he would not debate a “conspiracy theorist.” Characteristically, he neglected to cite any conspiracy theory he believes I promoted.
And is it credible to dismiss me as a conspiracy theorist unworthy of debate? After all, I am founder and former president of the world’s largest water protection group, and founder and current chairman of one of the largest children’s health advocacy groups.
