Today’s Message from the Master Jesus:

“Try to catch yourself when you find you are upset and recall that it is but a decision and not something external to you. Then CHANGE your mind, and choose again.

It always takes you making a different decision in order to experience any real and lasting change in your life. And we aren’t talking about change in form, but a state of mind change, for it is within your state of mind that you do have control. (And you DO have control on this level.)

It is time to recognize this and then take responsibility, rather than continuing to project it out onto a seeming “other”. There is no “other,” in Truth. It is your mind–your choice–and it is here that you DO indeed have power. Forgive yourself, as always, but make a decision to change your mind.

Can you take the time to be more alert and aware? Start asking yourself simple questions to challenge the beliefs that you projected out. Questions such as, “What if I’m wrong about this? Who am I to judge? We’re all under the spell of the dream, so we’re all kind of in the same boat. What if I just let this feeling (your interpretation) go?”

It is addiction to the feelings that seem to drive your decisions, much of which are influenced by seeming external sources, like media. These are not your TRUE feelings. (Remember, feelings and emotions are of the ego and therefore meaningless.)

There is an aspect within your mind that is and remains totally pure and untouched by the ravages of the world. Go there for but a moment each day and breathe. Do the work of mind training and breathe. Only in this activity will you experience a real and lasting change or improvement.

You are loved and blessed always. Claim this and be. All is well, in Truth. Namaste.”
