The themes for June are varied, but three that I will be highlighting and focusing on are: Change Overwhelm, Receiving Miracles, and Handling Conflict Energy. The Second Coming of Christ: The Resurrection of the Christ Within You” is a book written by the Indian spiritual teacher Paramahansa Yogananda. The book is a comprehensive commentary on the New Testament, with a focus on interpreting the teachings of Jesus Christ in the light of the spiritual traditions of India.
Yogananda was deeply inspired by the life and teachings of Jesus, and his book explores the idea that the teachings of Christ are not limited to any particular religion, but are universal and applicable to all people, regardless of their background or beliefs.
One of the key themes of the book is the idea of the “second coming of Christ”, which Yogananda interprets not as a literal return of Jesus to earth, but as a spiritual awakening within each individual. He teaches that the goal of spiritual practice is to awaken the Christ consciousness within oneself, and that this is the true meaning of the second coming of Christ. The book is divided into two volumes, this is the first.
