The Spiritual Revolution – spiritual bypassing and how to protect yourself | Nellie | March 21, 2022

Spiritual bypassing can take many forms and it’s mostly dismissing your human experiences in the name of spirituality or using spiritual pointings to minimize or reject the validity of your experiences.

For example enquiring to whom is it happening or discounting that it’s happening to you.

Another example might be:

* Being told to let go when you actually need to step into action

* Being told to just trust (surrender) when in fact your intuition and reasoning are telling you a person or a situation are untrustworthy.

* Using we are all one in order to step over your personal boundaries and dismiss your own choices.

* Being told you’re already enlightened when you’re actually feeling the agony of the contracted kundalini energy in your body and you know there’s a greater truth.

* Minimizing your life experiences and personal “truth” and acting superior to you. Can include preaching or pushing religious beliefs.
Diving deeper into spirituality requires us to be switched on to our feelings and experiences.
It requires us to be honest with ourselves, put our needs first and let others know.
The only way to healing trauma or integrating the rejected parts of us is through feeling and talking. It is through gaining understanding and validating ourselves.
There’s huge power in being able to FEEL. You are allowed to feel. It doesn’t take you further away from your journey, it brings you closer.
Feeling fully can expand into feeling the WHOLE of life and experiencing the Natural Non-dual Unity Consciousness that you are!
