We are only ever looking in the mirror. The world is reflecting back to us our own state of consciousness. So, if we are ever stressed out, overwhelmed and upset, it’s because we are in resistance to an aspect of ourselves. If we are ever in judgment of something or someone, or we have a fixed opinion about life, there’s a wound in us. As you mature on the spiritual path, and as you begin to wake up, you realize that this whole play of consciousness, the whole thing is unfolding to show you where you are conscious and where you are unconscious, where you are still living in fear and where you are living in love.
