With much fear and panic spreading across the globe right now, it is imperative to remain calmly focused on your bodies innate healing abilities and natural immune defence systems. This video will provide you with a brief explanation of such. During a time where many are facing fear, stress and worry (high range beta brain waves on a consistent or regularly osciliating basis) we must rise above calamity, centring our awareness on gratitude, our ultimate power… literally. 15 minutes of gratitude per day will begin to activate a higher release of IGA 1 (immunoglobulin A) the bodies primary defence against viruses and bacteria. To do this requires a deeper level of concentration than merely just intellectually processing some happy thoughts, but rather consists of emotionally embracing true thankfulness for what you have, had, or believe is coming to you. The ability to cultivate gratitude, without any external event being the cause or motive, is a sign that you have access to the spiritual powers within you, as you’re able to rise above the third dimension, creating your own internal state based off of your own free willed, subjective mind.
Without putting gratitude to practice daily, our emotions may be left hostage to the environmental stimuli and stories that circulate through our lives. We can all relate to the kinds of stress that has the potential to create.
Stress hormones will knock our body out of homeostasis, weakening the immune system, depleting our inner defense resources, subsequently allowing our body to become more susceptible to attacks from viruses and disease.
By eating an alkaline diet, drinking adequate purified water, cutting back on starches, refined sugars and mucus forming foods, meditating, exercising, and taking time out for gratitude, all the essentials we already know, we are at our best chance of keeping strong and healthy.
This talk from Joe Dispenza will help to remind us all of the importance of staying grateful, in any given situation. Gratitude is not only emotionally and psychologically empowering, but physiologically empowering.
