My name is Wilson Wood and I grew up in a small town called Sheridan, Arkansas. Growing up there was such a good experience for how I am now that I would never take it back. Everything was slower and less complicated and I really appreciate the time that I had there. I now live in Fayetteville, Arkansas where I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2007. I love Fayetteville so much and have seen the town become so progressive in the last decade.

I lived in Santa Cruz, California for a couple years after I graduated and I see so many similarities with where this town is headed. When I lived there I met so many good people who cared about only making the most quality, nutritious food that it inspired me to do the same for my community back home. I’m passionate about health and my community and it has led me in this direction that I’m on and I’m forever grateful to everyone who has helped me on the way.
